We have been serving the Bay Area’s party supplies needs for over two decades. Paper Plus began in 1985 as a small store selling discounted “Papyrus” merchandise. Originally known as “Papyrus 1st Class Seconds,” the store built a loyal following of customers interested in purchasing high quality paper products, including greeting cards, card-making supplies, calendars, and wrapping paper.

In 1994, we became “Paper Plus” and the store expanded to offer our customers not only top quality, beautiful paper goods, but also party balloons and party supplies. We continued to expand with several satellite stores and in 1996, we incorporated “Incredible Balloons” into our name.

Paper Plus’ balloon business, with our balloon delivery service, our very own certified balloon artist, and our friendly, helpful service has made “Paper Plus” the leading source for balloons in the East Bay. We deliver to locations throughout Berkeley, Oakland, Albany, El Cerrito, Richmond, San Francisco, and San Leandro.
